摘　　要：本文结合引黄总干三级泵站土建工程钢筋混凝土构件的施工实践 ,论述了影响混凝土浇筑质量的五个主要因素 :施工人员、施工机械、材料、施工方法、施工环境的监理过程 。Combined with the construction practice of reinforced concrete structure in the third pumping station,the Gereral Main Line of the YRDP,the supervising procedure of five factors influencing concrete pouring quality,construction personnel,construction machine,raw material,construction method and construction environment are illustrated,which can be provided as reference and basis for the concrete pouring of other water-cnservancy projects.
