关于在引黄太原供水区设立地下水禁采区问题的研究

摘　　要：引黄工程通水后 ,在供水区设立地下水禁采区、限采区 ,用引黄水置换超采的地下水开采量 ,实现供水区水环境的改善。In the light of the problems caused by overdrafting of the groundwater,the necessity of setting up the prohibited area of groundwater in Taiyuan water-supply area of the YRDP is illustrated, the basis on the law, regulation, and policy and the concrete proposals are also given for setting up the prohibited area in order to improve the water environment, sustainably develop the groundwater of Taiyuan water-supply area and to operate the YRDP well.
