中国资本项目开放模式的探讨

摘　　要：根据发展中国家开放模式的经验和教训 ,并结合中国的特点 ,中国资本项目开放的模式应为渐进型的 ,主要思路是 :市场经济建设在前 ,资本项目开放在后 ;国内金融制度完善在前 ,与国际金融市场相连在后 ;金融服务开放在前 ,资本自由流动开放在后 ;人民币国内自由兑换在前 ,人民币对外自由兑换在后。Based on the experiences and lessons of the developing countries in opening mode and Chinese characteristics,the mode for China should be gradual mode.China should have market economic construction before the capital account opening;make perfect domestic financial system before integrating with the international financial market;open the financial service before the capital account and make the convertibility of RMB only at home before totaled convertibility.
