Relative Study of Slow-release Silastic Strips Containing Indomethacin in vitro and in vivo

摘  要:将包膜和未包膜的消炎痛硅橡胶缓释条 10 mm置于 Fix- Cu3 94宫内节育器铜套内进行体外和动物体内释放实验。结果发现 :3个月内 ,体外释放包膜的为 1.113、 1.5 6 8、 2 .2 0 8m g,未包膜为 3.484、 4.0 82、 4.988m g;体内释放量包膜为 :1.2 34、 1.795、 2 .311mg,未包膜为 3.6 78、 5 .2 6 2、 6 .30 5 mg。体内释放 1年的结果表明 :未包膜缓释条 6个月内已释放含药量的 86 %以上 ,以后的消炎痛释放主要靠包膜缓释条维持。动物体内释放率高于体外释放率 (P<0 .0Slow release silastic strips containing coated or uncoated indomethacin were put in Fix Cu 394 IUD and the release rate of indomethacin was studied in vitro and in vivo . The results of the release indicated that release amount of coated indomethacin was 1 113, 1 568 and 2 208 mg in vitro and 1 234, 1 795, and 2 311 mg in vivo , and that of uncoated indomethacin was 3 484, 4 082, 4 988 mg in vitro and 3 678, 5 262, 6 305 mg in vivo every month for 3 months respectively. The results of the one year release indicated that 86 % of the uncoated indomethacin was released in 6 months, then the release of indomethacin was maintained by coated slow release strip. It was suggested that release rate in vivo was slightly higher than that of in vitro .
