胃宁合剂对胃肠道运动功能的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的：观察胃宁合剂治疗胃脘痛临床功效有关的主要药理作用。方法：检测离体兔和豚鼠肠管运动的方法，观察药物对肠管自发运动和痉挛收缩的影响；小鼠酚红法检测胃排空功能；小鼠碳末推进法检测小肠推进功能。结果：胃宁合剂能抑制家兔离体肠管自发活动和拮抗氯化乙酰胆碱、氯化钡、组织胺所致动物离体肠管痉挛性收缩。结论：胃宁合剂有镇痛、解除肠道痉挛的作用，与该方临床主治功效相符。Objective: To observe the main pharmacological action of Weining Mixture (WNM) on stomachache. Methods: The movement of isolated rabbit and guinea pig intestines was detected to observed the effect of drug on intestinal spontaneous movement and spasm; phenol red detection in mice to observe the gastric emptying function; carbon particle propelling detection to observe the propellent function of small intestine in mice. Results: WNM can inhibit the spontaneous movement of isolated intestine of rabbits and antagonize the spasm of isolated intestine induced by acecoline, barium chloride, histamine. Conclusion: WNM possesses analgesic and antispamodic effects which meet the clinical demand.
