摘 要:目的 :观察颈椎病家兔炎性生化介质的变化。方法 :取出颈椎病家兔的颈椎间盘组织 ,匀浆 ,测定一氧化氮 (NO)、组胺、5 HT浓度 ;心脏采血测定血清NO浓度。结果 :与对照组比较 ,模型组颈椎间盘中NO、组胺、 5 HT水平显著升高 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,血清中NO也显著升高(P <0 .0 5)。结论 :炎性生化介质在颈椎间盘退变和颈神经根病的病理机制中起着重要作用。Objective:To observe the changes of inflammatory biochemical agents in cervical spondylosis rabbits.Method:Cervical intervertebral discs were taken from cervical spondylosis rabbits.Nitric oxide(NO),histamine,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in homogenate were assayed.The blood samples were taken from the rabbit hearts for NO determination.Result:Compared with those of control group,the level of NO,histamine,5-HT in cervical intervertebral discs of model group significantly increased(P<0.05,or P<0.01).Serum NO concentration obviously increased also (P<0.05).Conclusion:Inflammatory biochemical mediators play an important role in cervical intervertebral disc degeneration and in the pathophsiology of cervical radiculopathy.
