静脉注射人血免疫球蛋白治疗106例小儿复杂性高热惊厥的免疫功能和临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究人血球蛋白对复杂性高热惊厥患儿免疫紊乱的影响 ,从而找到一种治疗复杂性高热惊厥的有效方法。方法 :对 10 6例复杂性高热惊厥的患儿采用人血球蛋白治疗 ,治疗前后进行免疫功能的测定。结果 :复杂性高热惊厥的患儿存在多种免疫功能紊乱 ,血清人血免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA明显降低 ,B淋巴细胞增殖试验cpm值明显升高 ,PHA皮肤试验明显减弱 ,T淋巴细胞亚群CD4 + 减少、CD8+ 增高 ,CD4 + /CD8+ 比值降低。血清IL 2、IL 6活性水平明显升高 ,抗脑抗体阳性率明显升高。采用人血球蛋白治疗总有效率为 85 85 % ,免疫功能明显改善。结论 :静脉注射人血球蛋白是一种治疗复杂性高热惊厥的有效方法。Objective The influence of immunoglobulin on immunod isturbance caused by CFC(complicated febrile complex)in children were studied in order to find a effective treatment method of CFC.Method 106 cas es of CFC were treated using the immunoglobulin and the immuno-function were ex amined before and after treatment.Results The many kinds of immun odisturbance were found in the children with CFC.IgG and IgA in serum were obvio usly decreased,cmp value were obviously increased and PHA skin test were obvious ly weakened.CD 4 + were decreased,CD 8 + were increased and CD 4 +/CD 8 + were increased.IL-2,IL-6 and the positive rate of ABAB were obviously increased in serum.The effective rate of treatment using immunoglobulin were 85 85% and the immuno-function were improved.Conclusion The immun oglobulin was a effective method to treat CFC.
