疏肝理气止痛治疗胃痛病163例疗效观察

摘　　要：应用疏肝理气法治疗胃痛病 163例 ,有效率 93 %。认为胃痛病主要病机是因肝胆脾胃之气机失调所致 ,疏肝理气法对胃肠道有明显的双向调节作用 ,同时能消除消化道局部炎症促进胃排空 。Principle of relieving the depressed liver,soothing the liver,regulating the circulation of Qi and alleviating pain was applied to treat 163 cases of stomach-ache.The effective rate was 93%.The main pathogenesis of stomachache was caused by mis-regulation of functional activities of Qi in liver,gallbladder,spleen and kidney.The principle of relieving the depressed liver,soothing the liver,regulating the circulation of Qi had a double regulation function on gastrointestinal tract,and functions of relieving the inflammation and improving gastric emptying,protecting gastric mucosa,inhabiting return of bile and sterilizing spirillum in pylorus.
