摘　　要：目的　探讨总结股前外侧皮瓣移植术后的护理经验 ,把握皮瓣移植术后出现血运危险的临床特点 ,提高护理水平。方法　观察 15 6例股前外侧皮瓣移植修复术后的血运和血管危象及护理措施效果。结果　 15 6例皮瓣移植手术成功率为 97% ,皮瓣完全坏死 5例 ,部分边缘坏死 5例 ,皮瓣 1/2及 1/3坏死各 1例 ,术后发生血运危象 8例 ,经再次探查吻合或血管移植成功 3例。结论　皮瓣移植术经一系列护理措施和严密细致观察 ,发现问题 ,早期果断处理 。Objective\ To investigate the nursing experience of the anterolateral femoral flaps transplantation;Master the clinical features of the blood vessel crisis after the transplantation and improve the nursing level.Methods\ 156 patients with traumatic tissue defect underwent anterolateral femoral flaps transplantation,postoperative effects of repairing and constant process of blood vessel crisis being observed.Results\ The successful rate was 97% in 156 cases.There was complete flaps necrosis in 5 cases,partial margin necrosis in 5 cases,half and one third necrosis in 1 case respectively.The blood vessel crisis appeared in 8 cases,among which 3 cases restored the blood supply after the exploration and anastomosis of the blood vessel.Conclusion\ It is very important to perform a series of nursing countermeasures and observe the conditions carefully.Finding problems early and dealing with them resolutely is a guarantee of successful operations.
