摘  要:目的 :本研究应用亲和细胞化学技术观察复方红花抗早孕的作用机理。方法 :以刀豆凝集素 (Con A)、花生凝集素 (PNA)、荆豆凝集素 (UEA)为分子探针 ,检测怀孕地鼠灌服复方红花后子宫内膜上皮细胞表面相应的凝集素受体表达的变化。结果 :(1 )受孕鼠灌服复方红花 d4,子宫内膜上皮细胞 Con A受体合成增加 ,呈强阳性反应 ;(2 ) PNA受体合成缓慢 ,至灌胃 d 6时合成出现高峰期 ;(3) UEA受体合成始终未出现高峰期 ,至灌胃 d 8时呈弱阳性反应。结论 :中药复方红花在抗早孕作用中影响子宫内膜上皮细胞凝集素受体的表达 ,阻止胚胎正常发育。停药后 ,动物可恢复动情周期及正常妊娠。Objective: To study the anti early pregnant effects of compound safflower. Method: The mated female hamsters were given the compound afflower, orally in dose of 10.5 g/kg/d ×3 on d 3 of gestation and were observed the change of lectin receptor of the surface of the endometrial epithelial cell. The sections were stained with ConA, PNA and UEA respectively. These lectins were as probes explore the lectin receptor on the surface of the endometrium. Results: The stainning intensity for ConA in experimental group was significantly higher than that of controls and that the stainning reaction was weaken for PNA and UEA. Conclusion: The close relation beween the effect of compound safflower on anti early pregnant and the changes of lectin receptor on the surface of the endometrial epithelial cell. After the 10 th day, the fertility of treated hamsters were recovered.
