摘　　要：家庭联产承包制为打破农业领域中的“大锅饭” ,激发农民生产的积极性、主动性、创造性 ,发展农村经济有着明显的积极作用。但随着生产和社会的发展 ,随着农村经济体制改革的不断深入 ,家庭联产承包制也日益暴露出了其弊端。应审时度势 ,抓住机遇 ,通过家庭联产承包制的创新 ,推动中国农村经济的“第二次飞跃”。The rural contractual responsibility systerm has obvious positive functions in breaking equalitarianism in agricultural field,in exciting farmer's producing enthusiasms?initiative?creativity,in developing rural economy.But along with the development of production and society,the rural responsibility system also exposes some drawbacks.We should get a clear understanding of the situation,seize the opportunity,facilitate the rural economy to develop faster.
