摘  要:本研究应用组织化学方法,观察了Balb/c小鼠附睾头、体部酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、三磷酸腺苷酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶的活性特点和用PAS染色显示糖蛋白的变化。依组织学和酶学结合分析,将附睾头、体部分为7个区:第1区由输出小管组成;第2~7区组成附睾头、体部的其余部分。各区酶活性反应不尽相同。第2区酶活性较弱,提示可能是因该区上皮细胞以吸收睾丸液为主的功能状态所致;第3~6区酶活性显著增强,与这些区段的附睾上皮细胞的合成、分泌、代谢等功能活跃有关。Enzymatic activities of AcP, AlP, SDH, LDH and PAS reaction in the headbody part of mouse epididymis were investigated. As a result, the head-body part might be divided into 7 segments. Segment 1 was composed of ductuli of epididymis and the remainder 6 segments composed the rest portions of the head-body. These 7 segments showed different enzyme activities, of which segment 2 was the weakest, it probably involved in the function of absorption. The intensity of enzyme activities in segments 3-6 were strong and indicated that the functions of synthesis, secretion and digestion etc were very active in the epithelial cells of these segments. By these functions, the epididymis provided a physiological microenvironment for the maturation of the sperm.
