摘　　要：中国目前正积极准备加入世界贸易组织 (WTO) ,WTO的宗旨是实现世界贸易自由化 ,而贸易自由化与环境保护之间存在着密切的关系。本文总结了GATT/WTO的多边贸易协议中与环境保护有关的规定与条款 ,对加入WTO我国环境保护与国际贸易的协调发展提出了对策建议。China is presently actively preparing to enter the World Trade Organization The WTO's purpose is to facilitate free global trade,and their exists a close relationship between free trade and environmental protection This article summarizes the many regulations and provisions related to environmental protection within the trade agreements of GATT/WTO Some proposals are put forward for measures to develop a coordination between international trade and environmental protection in China after entering the WTO
