兔心中心纤维体的电镜观察

摘　　要：用透射电镜观察了5例兔心中心纤维体(CFB)中央部的超微结构。结果:细胞有双核和分裂象。粗面内质网、高尔基氏器等丰富,表明细胞具有活跃的代谢功能。基质内含有丰富的胶原纤维。本文认为兔CFB为软骨样组织。最后讨论了CFB和房室束的关系及临床意义。[The ultrastructure of central fibrous body (CFB) was observed in the 5 rabbits with electron microscope.The double nucleus and division of the cell were found.The cell contains profusely rough endoplasm rete and Golgi apparatus.which show that the cell possess active metabolism function.There were profuse collagenic fibers in the basic substance.We regard CFB of rabbit as a cartilaginoid tissue.Finally,the relation between CFB and atrioventricular bundle,and clinical signiifcance were discussed.
