摘 要:本文用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行和顺行轴突传递法将HRP注入大鼠一侧迷走神经背核簇尾侧部,研究臂旁核和迷走神经背核簇尾侧部之间的相互纤维联系。结果:在两侧外侧臂旁核、背侧臂旁区中有中等量的标记细胞,在这些区域和内侧臂旁核的背侧部中有许多终末标记,K-F核中有许多标记细胞和少量标记终末,以上各处的标记物均为两侧性,但以同侧较多。结果说明臂旁核和迷走神经背核簇尾侧部之间有许多交互联系。The reciproeal connections between the parabrachial nucleus and caudal portion of the dorsal vagal complex of the rat were investigated using the retro-and anterograde axonal transport of HRP, HRP was injected into the caudal part of the dorsal vagal complex. It is found that there are a moderate proportion of labeled cells in the lateral parabrachial nucleus and dorsal parabrachial region, many labeled terminals in these areas and dorsal part of medial parabrachial nucleus, and many labeled cells with some labeled terminals in the K-F nucleus. The labeled products are predominently in the injection side of all these areas. The result indicates that there are many reciprocal connections between the parabrachial nucleus and caudal portion of the dorsal vagal complex.
