成人活体气管、支气管长度及其与身高性别关系

摘　　要：本文统计作者在从事支气管镜检查工作中,经纤维支气管镜测量185例成人活体气管、支气管长度及其平均值。分析了气管、支气管长度与性别、身高的关系。提示气管、支气管长度与性别无关而与身高相关,与以往作者认为男性气管、支气管长度较女性大的认识不同,并讨论了双侧支气管之间的互补关系,显示身高相等或近似者其左右支气管长度也相等或近似,The results of 185 cases tracheobronchial dimension measurment by flexible bronchofiberoscope were reported. No any marked relationship was found with sex influence except the body height. It was considered that have a differerences between tracheobronchial dimension and sex in the past. In fact, this is due to effect by body height only. There exists a complement phenomena between the bronchial dimension of both lungs, and it had been confirmed in the same body height patient group.
