摘  要:本文对过氯酸钠诱导的甲状腺低功大鼠肾皮质迷路内的近端小管进行了光镜,电镜下的立体计量学分析。结果表明甲状腺低功时近端小管管径、上皮高度、刷状缘长度、以及细胞内线粒体体密度、侧基底细胞膜面密度、面积均减少。为甲低功肾脏近端小管重吸收能力下降提供了一个形态学依据。The present study about the structural changes of renal cortical proximal tubule in hypothyroidic rats induced by Na Cl O4 was carried out by light and electron microscopy, also by morphometric methods. The results reveal that with Na Cl O4 -induced hypothyroidism there is a significant decrease in the peritubular diameter, the cell height, the length of the brash border, Vr of mitochondria, Sv and area of basolateral membrane of proximal tubules. The results provide a morphological evidence about the obstruction of the reabsorption function in hypothyroidie proximal tubules.
