氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压病的疗效及对昼夜血压的影响

摘　　要：目的 :评价氯沙坦 (L osartan,L os)治疗高血压病的疗效及安全性。方法 :90例原发性高血压病患者随机分为氯沙坦组和氨氯地平组各 45例 ,分别给予氯沙坦 5 0～ 10 0 m g/ d,po和氨氯地平 5～ 10 mg/ d,po,疗程均为 8wk,疗程结束前后行 2 4h动态血压监测。结果 :2组用药后 2 4h动态血压监测指标均较用药前有显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,治疗后 2组间各项指标差异无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :氯沙坦 5 0～ 10 0 mg/ d治疗轻、中度原发性高血压病疗效确切 ,耐受性好 。AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of losartan(Los)for essential hypertension. METHODS: Ninty cases of hypertensive patients was randomly divided in 2 groups: losartan group 45 cases and amlodipine group 45 cases, losartan 50-100 mg/d, po , for 8 wk and amlodipine 5-10 mg/d, po , for 8 wk were taken by the 2 groups respectively, 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring before and after treatment. RESULTS: The parameters of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) after treatment in the 2 group were significantly decreased compared with pre treatment respectively ( P <0 01). There were no differences in those parameters between losartan group and amlodipine group ( P >0 05). CONCLUSION: Losartan 50-100 mg once daily is effective and well tolerated in Chinese patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. The therapeutic effect of losartan is similar to that of amlodipine.
