摘  要:为临床常用不耐高压、高温物品寻找一种安全可靠的消毒方法 ,以弥补传统消毒方法的不足。采用自行研制的强光板紫外线消毒仪 ,经染菌实验、染HBsAg破坏试验及临床监测 ,结果显示 :消毒 5min ,细菌最低杀灭率为 99.99% ,符合卫生部对指示菌杀灭率≥99 .9%的标准要求 ;消毒18min时 ,HBsAg抗原性破坏符合卫生部S/N <2 .1标准 ,2 0min其抗原性完全破坏 ;监测 2 44件不耐高压、高温的物品 ,其消毒前后含菌量有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示 :强光板紫外线消毒仪可用于临床不耐高压、高温物品的消毒 ,具有消毒时间短、安全、可靠、易操作的特点。To find out a safe and effective way to sterilize the articles which can not tolerate high pressure and high temperature, so that it can make up for the inadequacy of the traditional way of sterilization. Intensified light board ultraviolet sterilizer manufactured by us was used. Its effectiveness was monitored clinically and through both bacteria staining test and stained HBsAg destroy test. Results showed 5 minutes after the sterilization, the lowest bactericidal rate was 99.99%, which accords with the standard demands of the Ministry of Health ((99.9%). And 18 minutes after the sterilization, antigenic destruction of HBsAg also accords with the S/N<2.1 standard of the Ministry of Health. After the sterilization 20 minutes, its antigenicity would be totally destroyed. 244 pieces of articles that neither can tolerate high pressure nor can tolerate high temperature were monitored. There were significant differences in terms of bacteria contents before and after the sterilization (P<0.05). Suggested that intensified light board ultraviolet sterilizer may clinically use to sterilize articles which either can not tolerate high pressure or can not tolerate high temperature. And it has the peculiarities of short sterilization time, with safety and reliability, and easy to manipulate.
