摘  要:中国在加入WTO谈判过程中涉及汽车产品的相关承诺包括关税的降低、非关税壁垒的放开、国内汽车服务贸易领域允许外资进入等方面。中国加入WTO对国内汽车企业现有产品及未来企业的生产经营方式和发展格局将产生极为重要的影响。加入WTO后,我国汽车工业应采取的对策包括,国内汽车企业利用现有的优质存量资产,巩固并扩展国内中低档汽车的市场份额;加速汽车工业产品结构从商用车向轿车的调整步伐,力争用10~15年时间使轿车成为国内汽车工业的主导产品;尽快建立适应国际竞争的企业全新营销模式等。The negotiation for China entering into WTO will cover the areas of decrease of the tariff for the vehicle prod- ucts, abolishment of the non * tariff bulwark and permission of the forging capital entering into the domestic vehicle service and trade aspect. China entering into WTO will have a big impact to the current products of the domestic automotive cnterprisct, the future administration and production style, and the developing pattern of the enterprises. After China entering into WTO, the policy adopted by the China automotive industry should include the following aspects: the domestic automotive enterprises use the current high quality assets, consolidate and widen the market share for the domestic middle and lower end vehicle, speed up the adjusting step of the automotive industry product structure from the commercial vehicle to the passenger car, try to use 10 * 15 years to make passenger car become a dominant product of the domestic automotive industry, set up a new enterprise management and sales mode which meets the international competition.
