摘 要:目的 评价不同光源的作用。 方法 生后 49~ 72h ,血清总胆红素 >2 0 5 μmol/L之足月高胆儿 ,随机分为蓝光组、蓝绿光组及绿光组各 2 0例 ,持续光疗 48h。光强度 (单位 μw·cm2 ·nm)蓝光 12~ 16,蓝绿光 8~ 12 ,绿光 5~ 8。光疗前后分别检血细胞、血生化及内分泌激素。 结果 与光疗前比较 ,光疗后蓝光及蓝绿光组血红细胞减少 ;三组血胆红素均显著下降 ,以蓝光组为著 ,蓝绿光组次之 ,绿光组不像文献所报导有效 ;三组对其他血细胞、血生化及内分泌激素均无影响。 结论 除蓝光可致轻度贫血外 ,无其他副作用。但比较不同光源对降低血胆红素的疗效 ,必须要光谱纯度、光强度、半衰期等条件较一致时 ,才能作出科学的评价。Objective To evaluate the effect of different light source on the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods Full term newborns(49~72 h after birth)with hyperbilirubinemia(serum bilirubin>205 μmol/L)were randomly divided into the blue light,blue green light and green light group.Each group had 20 infants and were under phototherapy for 48 h.Photo intensity (μw·cm 2·nm)wre 12~16 for blue,8~12 for blue green,5~8 for green,separately.The blood cell count,biochemical index and endocrine hormone wre examined before and after phototherapy.Results After phototherapy the red cell count decreased in blue and blue green group;The serum bilirubin level significantly lowered in three groups,the blue group decreased most marked followed by blue green groups,and the green light was not as effective as reported.There was no influence on the other blood cell,biochemical index and endocrine hormone in all three groups.Conclusion There were no side effect except the mild anemia caused by blue light.But comparing the effect of different light source in lowering bilirubin,the spectrum purity,photo intensity,half life of light source must coincident so as to get objective evaluation.
