摘　　要：作者首先阐述了“三个代表”的伟大意义 ;其次就卫生工作与“三个代表”的密不可分的关系进行了论述 ,同时强调卫生系统要转变观念、增强科技与人才及创新进取意识 ;第三是就卫生行业坚持用唯物辩证法指导适应与遵循和竞争与协作等的关系进行阐述 ;最后强调卫生行业要以“三个代表”为指导 。First of all, the paper expounds the great significance of the “three representatives”. Then it discusses the inseparable relationship between the health cause and the “three representatives”, stressing simultaneously that people working in the health sector need to change concepts and increase their awareness of science and technology, talents and creativity. Thirdly, the paper sets forth the significance of the health sector persisting in the use of materialist dialectics to guide the relationship between adaptation and conformity and between competition and cooperation. Lastly, the paper stresses that the health sector ought to do a good job of the all round construction of the hospitals under the guidance of the “three representatives”.
