摘  要:目的 探讨兔实验性颈总动脉—颈外静脉动静脉瘘模型建立的可行性。方法 用显微外科技术对5只兔子建立实验性动静脉瘘,并作数字减影血管造影(DSA)观察瘘口附近动静脉发生的血流动力学改变。结果 5只兔颈总动脉与颈外静脉侧侧吻合均一次成功。血管造影清楚显示吻合口近端动脉与近端静脉、近端动脉与吻合口两端静脉、吻合口两端动静脉同时显影,且随着注射进影剂压力的增大,吻合口远端颅内静脉细小属支亦见显影。结论 通过显微血管吻合方法建立兔颈总动脉—颈外静脉动静脉瘘模型切实可行。Purpose To explore the possibility of establishment of experimental common carotid artery - external jugular vein arteriovenous fis-tula(AVF) models in rabbits. Methods 5 experimental AVF models were established by microsurgical method. Digital Substractive Angiography (DSA)were done to observe hemodynamic changes of the artery and vein at the fistula site.Results 5 common carotid artery(CCA) - external jugular vein(EJV)fistulas were all successfully anastomosed. Proximal artery and proximal vein,proximal artery and vein, CCA and EJV were all shown simultaneously by DSA. Conclusions Establishment of experimental common carotid artery - external jugular vein arteriovenous fistula( AVF) models in rabbits by microsurgical methods is possible.
