再生障碍性贫血患者血清白细胞介素-3检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　检测再生障碍性贫血 (再障 )患者血清白介素 3 (IL 3 )水平并探讨其意义。方法　采用酶联免疫法。结果　测定5 0例再障患者 (慢性再障 4 0例 ,重型再障 10例 )血清IL 3水平 ,18例高于正常 (P <0 0 1) ,其中慢性再障 10例 ,重型再障 8例 ;IL 3水平升高的再障患者CFU GM数明显低于IL 3水平正常的患者 (P <0 0 5 )。IC - 3升高的再障患者同IL - 3正常者疗效无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而治疗有效的IC - 3升高患者治疗后IL - 3水平明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　再障患者IL 3水平的检测有助于判定疾病的严重程度 ,为治疗提供指导。Objective\ To investigate the clinical significance of serum interleukin 3(IL 3)detection in aplastic anemia(AA)patients Methods \ Serum level of IL 3 in 50 patients with AA detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) Results\ The levels of serum IL 3 in 18 out of 50 AA patients were higher than that of control( P<0 01 ),including 8 severe AA(SAA) patients and 10 chronic AA(CAA) cases Numbers of CFU GM were lower in the AA patients whose IL 3 levels were higher( P<0 05 ) There was no statistical signiicance in treatment efficacy between the patients whose serum IL 3 levels were above normal and those of normal( P>0 05) The level of serum IL 3 decreased significantly after achiered curative outcomes in the patients whose IL 3 levels were higher( P<0 05 ) Conclusion\ Detection of serum IL 3 in AA patients is helpful for judging the severity of disease and providing information of therapy
