台湾地区市地重划与城市土地开发之研究

摘　　要：台湾地区近几十年来受经济发展和城市化人口增加的冲击 ,城市环境发生巨大变化。自 195 8年开始 ,台湾地区有计划地推行综合城市土地开发措施———市地重划 ,将一定范围内不符合经济使用的城市土地重新规划调整 ,使之在无需政府财政支出的情况下完成了各项公共设施的建设 。In the recent decades Taiwan Region has encountered the pressure of rapid urban population growth due to urbanization and the economic boom,which have made a drastic change to the size of the city and its appearance. The municipal government has, based on the plan, actively carried out an integrated urban land improvement project called Urban Land Consolidation since 1958, by which the irregularly shaped and uneconomically used small land parcels before consolidation have been put into rectangular shape and accessible to roads for optimal use and building purposes, through readjustment of original boundaries by way of integration, exchange, and subdivision of the parcels. This urban land consolidation program was accomplished without any financial assistance from the government and that could provide public facilities and effectively improve the quality of the urban environment and attract the people to the various activities in the reasonably allocated industries.
