经直肠三维超声检查对前列腺疾病诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨经直肠三维超声检查在前列腺疾病诊断中的价值。方法 :回顾性分析我科 132 6 0例行直肠三维超声前列腺检查病例的临床资料。结果 :经直肠三维超声检查的图像清晰、立体感强、直观、透视性好 ,对正常前列腺及相关前列腺疾病诊断明确。结论 :经直肠三维超声检查明显优于经腹途经及经直肠二维或纵向超声检查 ,可为诊断及鉴别诊断前列腺疾病提供可靠的依据。Purpose:To evaluate transrectal three-dimentional ultrasonograhy (TTDU) in the diagnosis of prostatic diseases.Method:Retrospective study of 13 260 cases diagnosed by TTDU in our department from May, 1998 to March, 2001.Results:The imagines of TTDU are clear, modeling, direct-viewing, and have a good perspectivity. And the diagnosis of normal and pathological prostates are clear-cut.Conclusion:TTUD is significantly better than the transabdominal ultrasonography and the transrectal two-dimentional (or vertical) ultrasonography which can provide reliable evidences for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostatic diseases.
