正常东方田鼠血清及脾细胞体外杀血吸虫童虫作用的初步观察

摘　　要：目的　研究野生和繁殖东方田鼠血清和 /或脾细胞在体外对日本血吸虫童虫的杀伤作用。方法　东方田鼠血清和 /或脾细胞与童虫在体外共培养 ,16～ 18h后在倒置显微镜下观察 ,计算童虫死亡率。结果　东方田鼠血清或脾细胞对童虫的校正死亡率分别为 6 7.36 %± 4.0 0 % (野生鼠 )和6 4.39%± 5 .86 % (繁殖鼠 )、6 6 .0 2 %± 1.40 % (野生鼠 )和 6 6 .38%± 2 .18% (繁殖鼠 ) ;东方田鼠血清加脾细胞的童虫校正死亡率为 76 .6 8%± 6 .2 7% (野生鼠 )和 79.0 3%± 8.0 0 % (繁殖鼠 ) ,均显著高于单纯血清或脾细胞的校正死亡率 ;野生鼠和繁殖鼠对童虫的杀伤作用无显著性差异。结论　东方田鼠血清和脾细胞均具有体外杀童虫作用 ,并表现出一定的协同杀伤作用 。Objective To explore the effect on the in vitro killing of schistosomula of Schistosoma japonicum by sera and /or spleen cells of Microtus fortis, which is a hamster resistant to infection with S. japonicum. Methods Schistosomula were cultured with M. fortis sera and/or spleen cells in vitro for 16～18 h, and the survival status of the worm body was checked under the inverse microscope followed by the calculation of the mortality rate.Results The adjusted mortality rates of schistosomula cultured with sera were 67 36%±4 00% for wild hamster and 64 39%±5 86% for bred hamster, those with spleen cells were 66 02%±1 40% and 66 38%±2 18%, respectively, those with both sera and spleen cells were 76 68%±6 27% and 79 03%±8 00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those with sera or spleen cells alone. There was no significant difference between wild and bred hamster in killing schistosomula by their sera and/or spleen cells. Conclusions M. Fortis sera and /or spleen cells had an important effect on the killing of schistosomula in vitro, showing a synergism between its sera and spleen cells. There was no significant difference between wild and bred M. Fortis in terms of killing schistosomula.
