微量末梢血浆用于IHA诊断血吸虫病的现场应用研究

摘　　要：目的　评价微量末梢血浆用于 IHA在现场诊断血吸虫病的应用价值。方法　现场选定重、中、轻 3个不同感染率的流行村 ,对 6～ 6 0岁的居民分别用微量末梢血浆 (P- IHA )和常规血清IHA法 (S- IHA)进行血吸虫病检查 ,并同时进行了两种方法的成本费用比较和居民依从性调查。结果　在现场同等条件下 ,P- IHA和 S- IHA在不同流行区的检出率均无显著差异 ,其阳性符合率为96 .6 % ,阴性符合率为 98.8% ;每检测 1人份样本的材料和人工及交通费用 ,P- IHA (2 .2 4元 )比 S-IHA(2 .95元 )低 0 .71元 ;居民对 P- IHA的依从性 (5 0 .4% )显著高于 S- IHA (2 4.6 % )。结论　 P-IHA操作简便 ,费用低 ,依从性高 。Objective To assess the practical value of IHA using with micro amount of diluted plasma of peripheral blood from finger tip for schistosomiasis examination in the filed. Methods A comparative examination using the micro plasma method (P IHA) and the method with serum from venous blood (S IHA) was carried out in 1437 people in three villages with high, middle and lower schistosomiasis prevalence. Results The positive coincidence rate between the two IHA methods was 96 6%, and the negative coincidence rate between the two IHA methods was 98 8%. There was no significant difference between the two methods. The cost including material, labour power and travelling expenses of P IHA (2 24 yuan/test) for one person test was 0 71 yuan lower than that of S IHA (2 95 yuan/test). The compliance of habitants to P IHA (50 4%) was significantly higher than that of S IHA (24 6%). Conclusion It was suitable for P IHA application in the field due to its easy performance, high detection rate, lower cost and high compliance.
