摘 要:目的 探讨氧化槐定碱对中枢神经系统的影响。方法 采用行为药理学方法观察并测定氧化槐定碱对阈剂量和阈下剂量戊巴比妥催眠作用的影响 ,对小鼠外观活动和自身活动的影响及对戊四氮惊厥的影响。结果 腹腔内注射氧化槐定碱 2 50 ,50 0 ,1 0 0 0mg/kg ,小鼠自发活动抑制率分别为 42 6 % ,57 2 %和 76 3% ,戊巴比妥钠入睡时间分别缩短 38 4% ,49 0 %和 39 7% ,而睡眠时间分别延长 1 72 % ,1 38%和 389% ,并能明显加强阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的催眠作用。氧化槐定碱 50 0 ,1 0 0 0mg/kg不能对抗戊四氮引起的惊厥。结论 氧化槐定碱具有镇静、催眠等中枢抑制作用。Objective To study the influence of oxysophoridine on central nervous system.Methods Changes of spontaneous activity, hypnotic action induced with pentobarbital at threshold or subthreshold doses and convulsion caused by pentylenetetrazle were studied in mice receiving oxysophoridine.Results Mice given intraperitoneally oxysophoridine of 250, 500 and 1 000 mg/kg had inhibition of spontaleous activity by 42.6%, 7.2% and 76.3%.The latent period of sleep induced by pentobarbital administration was shortened by 38.4%, 49.0% and 39.7%, and the sustained period of sleep was lengthened by 172%, 138% and 389%, respectively. Hypnotic action subsequent to administration of pentobarbital in a subhthreshold does was greatly enhanced. Oxysophoridine at dose of 500 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg could not antagonize convulsion caused by pentylenetetrazole.Conclusion Oxysophoridine has sedative and hypnotic actions on central nervous system.
