支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病血清内皮素、一氧化氮含量昼夜变化的特点及临床意义

摘  要:采用双抗体夹心法和硝酸还原酶法测定 18例支气管哮喘患者、 38例慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)急性期患者血清内皮素 (ET)及一氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,观察两组间及其昼夜变化 ,并与 5 8例正常对照组比较。结果显示哮喘患者血清 NO、 ET及 NO/ ET水平均明显高于正常对照组 ,差异非常显著 P<0 .0 1;COPD急性期患者 NO、 NO/ ET水平高于正常对照组 ,差异显著 ,P<0 .0 5。提示 ET和 NO是参与支气管哮喘、 COPD急性期发病过程的重要因素 ,测定其血清水平及其动态变化是判断哮喘、We examined plasma nitric oxide and endothelin in 18 cases with asthma and 38 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and 58 matched normal adults.The level of ET,NO,NO/ET were very significantly higher in groups of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than that of the control group(P<0 01).The level of NO,NO/ET in acute phase of COPD were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0 05) The results suggests that nitric oxide and endothelin are important factors of degradation in acute phase in patients with asthma and COPD.Examination of the level and changing trend of them is a major laboratory factor in cases with asthma and acute phase of COPD.
