^(60)Co照射诱导胸腺哺育细胞内胸腺细胞凋亡的形态学观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究6 0 Co照射是否会诱导胸腺哺育细胞内的胸腺细胞 (thymocytewithinthymicnursecell,TNC T)凋亡 ,并探讨胸腺哺育细胞 (thymicnursecell,TNC)与TNC T凋亡的关系。方法 :BALB/C小鼠全身非致死量6 0 Co照射 ,照射后 6、1 2、2 4、3 6小时 ,采用透射电镜 ,对胸腺悬液中的TNC及TNC T进行观察 ,结果 :6 0 Co照射后 6小时 ,少数TNC T呈现凋亡细胞的形态学改变。随着照射后时间的延长 ,大多数TNC T发生凋亡 ,并逐渐消失 ,在TNC胞质内留下大小不等的空泡。同时TNC胞质内溶酶体增多、体积增大。结论 :大多数TNC T对6 0 Co照射敏感 ,发生凋亡。TNC能消化和清除凋亡的TNC T。To study if 60 Co irradiation would induce apoptosis of thymocyte within thymic nurse cell (TNC-T) and to investigate the relationship between TNC and apoptosis of TNC-T.Methods:BALB/C mice were irsradiated with sublethal dose of 60 Co at the time of 6,12,24,36 hours after 60 Co irradiation,TNC and TNC-T in suspension of the thymus were examined by TEM.Results:Morphologic changes of apoptosis of a few TNC-T were observed after 6 hours of 60 Co irradiation.With the time after 60 Co irradiation lasting,most of TNC-T developed apoptosis and gradually disappeared,leaving some vacuoles within the cytoplasma of TNC,in which the number of lysosomes increased and the volume became bigger.Conelusion:Majority of TNC-T are sensitive to 60 Co irradiation and develop apoptosis.TNC are able to digest and clear apoptotic TNC-T.
