几种聚合物淬火剂冷却机制的研究

摘　　要：本文应用计算机绘制冷却曲线和冷却过程的拍照,研究了四种国产聚合物淬火剂的冷却机制。根据研究结果,将四种聚合物淬火剂分为汽膜控制冷速和聚合物膜控制冷速两种类型,并论述了这两类淬火剂在冷却机制上的差别。This paper deals with the cooling mechanism of four native polymer quenchants, using the cooling curves drawn by a computer and the photographs of cooling process. Accordring to the results native polymer quenchants can be divided in to two types that is, vapor film control cooling rate and polymer film control cooling rate, Their essential differences in cooling mechanism are elucidated.
