25年间北京某农村结核病实验区疫情动态评价

摘　　要：目的　为探索我国结核病的控制问题 ,通过了解农村结核病的真实情况而制定有效的防结核措施 ,将现代防结核措施付之实施 ,并考核其效果。方法　专业机构与基层卫生保健组织相结合 ;防治措施与效果考核紧密结合。结果　结核病各项疫情指标显著下降 ,年平均递降速度均超过 10 %。结论　结核病实验区 2 5年的成果令人满意 ;Objective To understand TB situation in rural area,to put modern anti TB technique into practice and to workout measures for TB control in China.Methods Combining technical department and primary health care,furthermore conducting prevention,treatment and surveillance on tuberculosis systematically.Results 1 442 TB patients were treated from 1973 to 1998 (349 persons were sputam positive),more than 95% of them were cured or treated completely.All indicators of TB prevalence droped significantly in the past 25 years.Conclusions It is indicated that TB control was successively conducted during the past 25 years in Beijing countryside.
