摘  要:本文探索了 SiCw/6061Al 复合材料采用高能量密度激光焊接方法的可能性,对激光焊接规范参数、焊缝结晶特点及接头的显微组织进行了较为全面的分析。试验结果表明,对 SiCw/6061Al复合材料,采用高能激光可以实现其连接,外观成形良好,无气孔、裂纹缺陷。研究认为选用合适的激光焊参数及填料是非常必要的。In this paper,the weldability of SiCw/6061Al composites by high- energy laser is explored and the characteristics of the microstructure and crystallization in its welded joints is comprehensively analyzed. Authors investigated the effect of welding conditions on appearance and properties of weld.The experimental results indicated that for SiCw/6061Al matrix composite material,high energy laser welding is able to realize its weld joining and the welded joints shows excellent appearance without the defects of gas pores and cracks.Finally,the authors come to a conclusion that it is necessary to choose appropriate welding parameter and additives for wel- ding composites.
