摘　　要：取自美国菌种保藏中心(ATCC)的MRC-5人二倍体细胞建立工作细胞库。按生物制品《人二倍体细胞建株、检定及制备疫苗规程》要求进行全面检定,证实其不携带外源因子,无致肿瘤源性,染色体正常,在该细胞上连续传代及培养的OKa株水痘病毒,其繁殖特性甚佳,细胞病变规律,病毒滴度稳定,是用于制备疫苗的良好细胞基质。To establish a method for culture of OKa strain of varicella virus. Methods Manufacturer' s working cell bank was established by MRC - 5 human diploid cell culture obtained from American Type Culture Collec-tion(ATCC). Then it was detected according to requirements of the Establishment and Identification of Human Diploid Cell Strain and its Use for Production of Vaccines. Results It did not carry factors of external sources, was free of tu-morigenicity and normal in Karyology. OKa varicella virus strain was serially passaged and subcultured on the cells. Conclusions The propagation character of varicella virus is good, cell pathological effect(CPE)regular and virus titer stable. The cells are good medium for the culture of varicella vaccines.
