摘　　要：星座设计是卫星移动通信系统设计一个非常关键的内容，直接关系到系统的性能与成本。软件仿真是星座设计一个行之有效的方法。本文介绍了卫星移动通信系统星座设计仿真软件的设计方案，对软件的有关功能进行了介绍。该软件界面友好，具有丰富的地图操作内容，是军用及民用卫星移动通信系统星座设计仿真、演示的有效工具。Constellation design is one of the key contents for the design of satellite communications system. It is related directly to the performance and the cost of system. This paper introduces the design scenario of simulation software for the constellation design of mobile satellite communications system, and introduces some of the software's related functions. This software has interfaces friendly and a lot of map operations. It is good for the constellation design, simulation and demo of mobile satellite communications system in military or in civil uses.
