摘  要:研究了T10钢渗钒后不同预处理对最终热处理的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,渗后空冷,未能消除渗钒对基体组织造成的损害,最终热处理后,材料性能明显低于常规处理件,渗后空冷(或油冷),经低温正火或快速球化退火预处理,消除了渗钒对基体组织造成的损害。最终热处理后,渗钒件的强度与常规处理件基本相近,a_K值提高56~72%,基体K_(IC)提高23~27%。The effect of different pre-heat treatments after vanadizing on the structures and properties of final heat treatment of steel T10 were studied. The result showed that in case of the air cooling after vanadizing the damage from vanadizing on the base structure was not eliminatedAnd by final heat treatment, its properties were obviously decreased as compared with that of the conventional process treated. After the vanadizing and air cooling (or oil cooling), the damage from vanadizing on the base structure could be eliminated by low-temperature normalizing or rapid spheroidizing annealing. And by final heat treatment the bending strength of the samples is the same as that of the conventional treated, the impact toughness can increase 56~72% and the fracture toughness of base increase 23~27%.
