摘  要:本文研究了室温形变和稀土元素对钢在离子软氮化过程中的影响。试验结果表明,室温形变使离子软氮化层减薄,且在一定形变量下,有一最低值。采用较大的形变量和离子软氮化复合,可使强韧性得到最佳配合。稀土元素可加速离子软氮化的过程,催渗效果显著,并且不管有无形变,都能使渗层增厚。稀土元素不影响形变对离子软氮化的作用规律。In this paper the effects of room temperature deformation and the rare-earth elements on ion nitrocarburizing process of steel were discussed. The experimental results show that the case depth is decreased by room temperature deformation and there is a minimum depth under a certain amount of deformation. An optimum combination of strength and toughness may be obtained by a combined treatment of large amount of deformaton and ion nitrocarburizing. Rare-earth elements can enhance the ion nitrocaburzing process and the catalyst effect is prominent, even without deformation the case depth can still be increased. The effect of deformation on the behavior of ion nitrocarburizing is not influence by the rare-earth elements.
