摘 要:介绍了在离子渗氮炉中以辉光放电为热源,以硼铁膏剂为供硼源进行辉光放电膏剂渗硼的工艺试验。通过金相、显微硬度、X射线衍射研究了渗硼层的组织结构,进行了耐磨性、脆性、耐蚀性等试验,并与普通膏剂渗硼工艺进行了对比,还对其机理进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明。在较低渗硼温度下,辉光放电膏剂渗硼可得到较厚的单相Fe_2B渗层,脆性小,并具有良好的耐磨性和耐蚀性,是一个值得进一步研究的方向。In this paper the glow discharge pasty boronizing process, which heat source is supplied by glow discharge in the ion nitriding furnace and with B-Fe paste as boron source, is introduced. The structure of boride layers is analysed by means of metallograph, microhardness and X-ray diffraction. The tests of wear resistance, brittleness and corrosion resistance are carried out and compared with that of conventional pasty boronizing. The mechanism is also primarily discussed. The results show that by glow discharge pasty boronizing the thicker single phase Fe_2B layers under low temperature could be obtained, it possesses low brittleness and good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, this new process is worth further researching.
