摘　　要：主要介绍了应用于语音压缩及多媒体处理技术中静音抑制算法,并通过该算法中语音检测算法和噪声发生器算法,以实现降低语音间隙的发送比特率,实现非连续发送。This paper introduces a silence suppression algorithm,which specifies a coded representation that can be used for compressing the speech or other audio signal component of multimedia process.By a voice activity detection algorithm and a comfort noise generation algorithm as parts of the silence suppression algorithm,it is used to reduce the transmitted bit rate during intervals of speech and discontinuous transmitted.
