摘　　要：本文分析了面向对象软件应量的特点,着重研究现在流行的C＆K度量方法。针对其存在的不足,提出了自己的观点,并给出了度量公式。This paper offers the current situation of the software metrics study in the Object - Oriented design and mainly discusses the Chidamber & Kemerer's metrics suite. A close look at the metrics reveals some shortcomings. Our improvements on methods of software metrics in OOD are presented and formulations for MI(Multiple Inheritance)and CBO(Coupling Between Object classes)are proposed.
