摘　　要：介绍了一种基于电话应用程序编程接口的通用电话语音系统实现方法。在分析电话语音系统功能和工作流程的基础上 ,提出了一种描述电话流程的计算机语言 。The paper introduces a well used voice telephony system implementation based on Windows telephony application programming interface.With full analysis of functions and work flow of voice telephony system,a descriptive computer telephony language is provided and a interpreter dealing with underlying computer telephony language is discussed in details in the paper.
