沙拉沙星对小鼠的显性致死试验

摘　　要：本试验研究了沙拉沙星对昆明系小鼠的显性致死性。剂量分别为 5 0 0mg/kgBW ;5 0mg/kgBW和 5mg/kgBW .,雄鼠连续给药 5d后 ,与雌鼠按 1∶2的比例同笼交配 ,连续交配 8批 ,以检测沙拉沙星对遗传物质的损伤。试验各剂量组指标与阴性对照组无显著性差异 ,表明沙拉沙星对昆明系小鼠的显性致死性为阴性。This paper reports the study on the dominant lethal assay of Sarafloxacin.To study the mutagenic effect on genetic substance,Sarafloxacin was administered to male mice with a daily dose of 500 mg/kg b.w.,50 mg/kg b.w. and 5 mg/kg b.w. for 5 days,respectively.The male mice mated with female mice(1∶2) for seven weeks consecutively.The results indicated that there were no significant differences among the drug treated groups and the negative control group (P>0.05).The dominant lethal assay to mice was negative.
