羊鲜精大倍稀释分散输精技术的研究与推广

摘　　要：１９９８年在海晏县银滩乡组建种羊场和供精站，采用“集中采精、大倍稀释、低温保存、短途运输、分散输精”技术，用青海细毛羊、半细毛羊种公羊对当地半细毛羊、改良羊、藏羊进行人工授精配种试验。１９９８年授配母羊５１０９ 只，受胎率８５．２％，成活羊羔３８８６只，繁活率７６．０６％；１９９９年授配母羊５０１４只，受胎率８４．３％，成活羊羔３８２７只，繁活率７６．３３％。鲜精在０－５℃条件下存活时间达２２４ｈ，常温条件下存活时间达７２ｈ。两年的试验证明，在当前草场承包到户，牲畜私有私养的生产体制下，该技术能降低绵改成本，减轻牧民负担，促进绵改，是提高品种数量和质量行之有效的途径。The sheep stud and semen supply station at the Yintan Township of Haiyan County which were established in 1998 adopted 'techniques of concentrating semen collection, low temperature storage, short-distance transport and disseminated insemination' and conducted the artificial insemination breading experiment using stud rams of Qinghai Fine Wool sheep, Semi-Fine Wool sheep with local semi-fine Wool sheep, improved sheep and Tibetan sheep. In 1998 there were 5109 inseminated ewes with 3 886 survival lambs and the conception rate and reproduction survival rate were 85 .2% and 76.06% esp. In 1999 there were 5 014 inseminated ewes with 3 827 survival lambs and the conception rate and reproduction survival rate were 84. 3% and 76. 33% esp.The general survival time of sperm in the fresh semen in, 0 - 5℃ reached 224h, but 72h in ambient temperature condition. Experiment of 2 years has proved that at present under the production system of pasture contracting to houshold and livestock private ownership the techniques can reduce the cost of sheep improved. liten the burden on the peasant,promote the sheep improvement. It is an effective way to increase the quantity and quality of breed.
