松杉木屑栽培香菇“宁香8号”的选育

摘　　要：香菇“宁香 8号”为适合用松杉木屑物料栽培的新菌株。生物学特性表明 :香菇宁香 8号适应范围广 (10～ 2 3℃ ) ,菌丝生长期短 (5 8～ 6 0d) ,生物效率高 (室内栽培 81.6 0 % ,生产中试 92 .85 % ) ,子实体中型匀称 ,柄细而短 ,伞厚 ,含水量低 ,最突出的是适应松杉木屑栽培。New strain 'Ningxiang 8' with high quality was isolated from many strains of Shitake fungus by using the technology of multi-spore isolation. Its biological characters were as follows: wide temperature range from 10℃ to 23℃, short mycelium growth period of 58 to 60 days, high biological efficiency reaching to 81.60% during indoor cultivation and 92.85% in middle experiment. Its fruit body had moderate and symmetrical size, showing thin-short stipe, round pileus and lower water content, but its prominent property is that it is suitable for the cultivation of pine tree and Chinese fir.
