摘  要:在B4C基体中掺加不同含量的WC/Co(其中WC为94%,Co为6%),利用WC/Co的易烧 结性,在不同温度热压烧结B4C,得到了高致密度的复合材料。通过实验发现,随着温度和WC/Co含量的提高,材料的密度增大。当WC/Co的含量达到40%(体积分数)时,在1900℃×30min×35MPa的条件下,复合材料的相对密度>98%。1500℃以上时,WC/Co作为液相的出现,促进了B4C的固相烧结,是材料获得高致密度的主要原因。利用XRD、SEM分析了复合材料的物相组成及显微组织。研究了不同含量的WC/Co对复合材料致密度的影响。The higher relative density of W-B-C composite was fabricated by hot-pressed B4C matrix with addition of different volume content of WC/Co with easy sintering and high toughening properties. The experimental results show that the relative density of composites improved with increase in temperature and content of WC/Co. As added 40vol% WC/Co and sintered at 1900℃ for 30 minutes under 35MPa pressures, the relative density of composite was up to 98% . The main reason for obtaining high density material is that WC/Co appeared as liquid phases at above 1500℃ and promoted the solid sintering of B4C material. The microstructure and phases consistent of composites were systematically studied by means of X-ray Diffraction (XRD) , Energy Dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS) and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). The influence of different content of WC/Co on density of composite was also analyzed.
