摘 要:以丙酸睾丸素为囊心物制备聚乳酸微球 ,使用 L16(45)正交实验表考察了不同因素对粒径、收率和包结率的影响 ,经统计学处理得到制备注射用缓释微球的最佳工艺条件 ,并考察了此条件的重现性。Particle sizes, yielding and loading efficiency are three key standards which inspect preparation contions of microspheres. To investigate overall influences of different factors on particle sizes, yielding and loading efficiency in preparation of microspheres, orthogonal designing experiments L 16 (4 5) with three levels were designed and evaluated. in this experiments, Four factors with four levels were concentration of dispersant, concentration of emulsifer in water phase, volume ratio of ethyl acetate to dichloromethane in organic phase and volume ratio of dispersing phase(oil phase) to (water phase). By statistical analysis, the notable factors on different target and the best parameters for preparing injectable microspheres were gained. This kind of microspheres can provide continuous controlled release of testorone propionate in vitro for a period of 3 months.
