摘 要:分别采用电镜和激光共聚焦显微镜研究了硅橡胶 /EPDM泡沫合金的结构均匀性和泡孔结构 ,并进行强伸性能、压缩性能和阻尼减震性能的研究。结果表明 ,采用硅烷偶联剂后 ,硅橡胶 /EPDM共混物的分散均匀性较好 ;泡沫合金的密度小于 0 5 5Mg·m-3 ,泡孔均匀 ,平均孔径小于 80 μm ,且泡沫合金的拉伸强度、压缩性能和阻尼减震性能优于硅橡胶泡沫。The morphology and structure of the silicone rubber/EPDM foam were studied by SEM and laser focusing microscope and its tensile strength,compression property and damping characteristics were also investigated.The results showed that the better dispersity of the blend was obtained by using silane coupling agent;the density of the blend foam was lower than 0.55 Mg·m -3 ;the pore size distribution was narrow and the mean pore diameter was less than 80 μm;and tensile strength,compression property and damping characteristics of the blend foam were superior to those of silicone rubber foam.
