摘 要:采用循环伏安、线性扫描、电镜扫描观察及表面能谱分析等方法对阀控密封铅酸蓄电池的板栅部分不均衡性进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,板栅中不同部位的合金成分与结构分布不同 ,这导致板栅的电化学性能的不均衡性。此外 ,对同一失效电池中不同单格分别取正常的极板及失效的极板进行比较分析 ,扫描电镜结果显示 :正常的极板及失效的极板的表面结构不同。结合厂家实验探讨了浮充电压的不均衡性。The cyclic voltammetry, the linear sweep, SEM observation and surface analyzing technology were used to study non uniform characters of valve regulated lead acid battery. The results show that the composition and structure of grid alloy in different position of grid are different, and it leads to the non uniform of electrochemical performance. The normal plate and fail plate in the same failure battery (12 V/7 Ah)were compared and analyzed. The results of SEM observation show that the surface structure of normal plates and fail plates were different. On the other hand, non uniform characters of floating charge volts were discussed by different charge condition.
