摘 要:提出了以塑料电池槽拐角为强度设计基准、以塑料拉伸强度为设计强度的电池槽设计构想。经生产实践检验 ,证明该设想是可行的。根据此设想讨论了电池槽的强度和挠度 ;分析了电池槽鼓胀和破裂的原因 ,并提出了相应的解决措施。Battery container was designed with containers corner structure as the design basis of strength and with the tensile strength of plastic as the design strength.The results show that it is feasible. Based on the design the strength and the flexibility of battery containers were discussed. The causes of battery container bulge and crackle were studied and the corresponding solutions were presented.And the evaluation standard of bulge was discussed concisely according to National Standard.
